After running his mouth so much you'd expect him to at least put his money where his mouth is. The win against Valuev wasn't exactly awe-inspiring, but okay. I suppose it's normal to have an easy defence after winning the title, so i could live with the Ruiz fight afterwards. Plus he was everything you could expect him to be. But that really was the last thing he could do before fighting a Klitschko.

And now he's fighting, of all boxers, AUDLEY HARRISON?? Apart from Harrison being awful (currently ranked #44 on Boxrec), he's also nearly 39 years of age. For the love of God, let this just be a rumor.... if it is true, then Haye loses every bit of credibility he had left..

Is this serious news Chris??? I cant believe Haye is going after this dude! If he fights him, I would lose all of the respect I've had for Haye, he has the perfect opportunity to fight one of the Klit. brothers and he bitches up.

I hope this is just a rumor...What about him saying he needs a break from boxing??? and now this!:patsch

You gotta be ****ing kidding me!:verysad

I'll wait till it's anounced before I start trashing Haye.

I've cut the man a lot of slack, I'd even be happy with Adamek as an opponent, but Harrison is a joke.

If this fight does happen I've had it with the guy.

I dont know where these rumours have come from of Haye planning on fighting Audley/Chagaev next but theyre pretty crazy. David has been quiet for a month and all of a sudden he's ducking the Klitschkos. Here's 3 reasons neither will happen:

-The mandatory, Chagaev. Haye's last fight was against his mandatory, so he has more than enough time to get in a fight with Vitali or Wlad before he has to fight Chagaev.

-The only person who wants Audley Harrison to fight Audley Harrison is Audley Harrison, simple. He's out for 12 weeks with a Pectoral injury so probably won't be fighting for at least 5 months which Haye won't wait for even if he did want to take the least meaningful fight out there.

    - Adam Booth has said he's waiting for Vitali to take care of Sosnowski before starting negotiations.

We're getting way ahead of ourselves by calling Haye a ducker right now. Give him time and I'm sure the right fight will be made. Til then lets relax

Pound for pound heavyweight in Britain, you mean. Actually, I'm not even sure that's true. I don't follow British boxing too closely...So, is Audley the second best British heavy? What an honor.

Guys...use you brains, please!!! Haye is waiting to see how Vitali looks against Sosnowski. If Vitali looks good, Haye will fight Audley. If Vitali looks like he's lost a bit, Haye might challenge him. Really, it's not that difficult. :D

It will be a big draw in the UK, A Force needs the money, Haye thinks its easy money. The UK fans will turn out to watch it.

UK fans would watch Haye do needlepoint? What's your point?

If that **** happens, I'm jumping on whatever's left of the A-Force bandwagon.
