what should i do? i am a bit overweight and its going down but i have been training like a beast i would have expected to lose weight faster. Should i just train harder or what?

yes but cut back on other foods create a calorie depicit so count how many kcals u take in diet is far far far more important than excercise wen it comes to losing weight
