His handspeed is like Cotto's and PAC eclipsed Cotto in the speed dept when everyone was saying that the speed wouldn't be that different.

PAC has excellent timing which is why he has one of the best connect percentatges while also having one of the highest offensive output. Josh is very accurate himself but he's not nearly as busy. He really picks his shots in the ring but with PAC he will need to throw more combinations and not think so much if he want a chance at beating Manny.

Clottey is accurate and can time his punches very well, especially that uppercut and its been said before that to beat speed you'll need timing. Not to mention Clottey may have an edge in power.

I first noticed Clottey's decent timing in the fight against Margo. This is the only thing that can beat Pac and can nutralize his speed. If Clottey can keep pushing Pac back, like he claims he will do, and time him right, he can upset the Phillipino phenom. Pac will have to mix up his attacks with faints and constantly change up his rythm.

Clottey has a good right hand. He got a lot of good right hands in on Cotto(though that is not hard) and he was catching Judah too. Hopefully he dont take 2 minutes off in the middle rounds and gets to pacroids body early. Tag that swollen head with lead off rights left hook to the body combo. Cant miss it. Use the jab for space defensively when Pac wants to attack.

I guess if you bet against Pac enough...One day you'll actually get to say "I was right!"

You know what.. watching the clottey judah fight.. Clottey is a strong mother****er.. he used his size and strength to muscle Judah around and that helped tire him out. If he can get close to Pac and use his good defense and pick off Pacs punches and push him around.. Pac is going to lose some strength.. Pac never really had to deal with that..

The reality is Clottey is nothing more than a solid fighter with extremely weak intangibles. He is however a big, strong, durable opponent, and Pacquiao is going to have his hands full. On the subject; watching Clottey is boring. Can't stand tit-tat boxer-fencers. No chance I'm buying this PPV for a plethora of reasons.

I think that the cutman/ trainer Lenny De Jesus benefits Clottey more than his former trainer for the pacman fight. Lenny De Jesus has been working for Pacquiao for a very long time at the wildcard and pretty much know everything about Pacquiao from the food he eats to the types of apparel he wears lol. he knows exactly how freddie trains pacquiao and he can nullify that by preparing clottey for everything roach might prepare for him

NBA, that is the most inaccurate, ridiculous thing you've ever said, my man. Pacquiao's timing is the BEST in boxing right now. EASY.
