    Found some old VHS videos recently with some old footage from my last karate tournament before I chose to switch to focus solely on boxing, bjj and mma. It's almost 15 years old. Thought you guys might like it.

    Bad ass. You should do that routine when you enter the ring. People would go ****ing nuts!
