I wouldn't recommend running in the morning. Floyd was against it. It can drain you too much and your boxing sessions later in the day could end up being less productive as a result.

Personally I prefer an early boxing training and then running late in the evening with whatever energy I have left.

It doesn't matter. Eating before or after won't make or break you as a fighter.

Yeah, I never liked morning runs. I think it's very bad to go straight to running after you wake up when your body is not warmed up enough. I like to do either some light boxing technical session 2 hours after my breakfast, or a decent boxing oriented training after my breakfast and another meal after that. Then running before the last meal in the evening.

I don't care about hours either. If my body wants to sleep until 15.00 then so be it. Luckily I have the kind of work when I can afford it. I sleep like 10 hours a day or more when I'm training. This is the best possible regeneration for your body and it does wonders for you.

Unless for making weight, there is zero advantage running in the middle of the night other than for discipline.
Periodisation and optimum recovery is the key to effective training, and running for miles on an unfueled unprepared body is far from the idea way to do it.
