Lots of advice here already mate some good some not so! Alls I can say is 1)like anything the more you do it the more comfortable you'll be (hopefully!) 2) Try to relax, I know its hard but being all tense and anxious will waste energy as well as stopping you from trying stuff. 3) Unless their dick heads, the more experienced boxers wont go nuts on you if you start landing more. Though they will return fire a little bit more! It can actually be worse though, or more intense sparring someone of your own level. 4) Don't take punches on purpose as some have said, if you try to make your own moves youll get hit anyway, no need to take extra ones we only get one brain.

First thing you want to find out about yourself is if you have a chin. If it’s glass you’ve no business in the ring.

Any coach worth his salt will chincheck you the moment you first set foot in his gym.

A good sparring method that we used to use in my gym, find the most experienced and biggest puncher in the gym and do some haymaker only sparring with no head gear.

You have a round where your partner punches you then a round where it is your turn to do the punching. 5 points for a successful Fury hands behind the back style taunt and 5 points for every flush haymaker landed. As you are the least experienced it is more beneficial for you to punch second. Let me know how it goes.

Pipe down you clown. Best chin is one that doesn’t get hit.

Yeah and the best punch is the one that lands. Got any more words of wisdom pal?

Don't listen to this idiot for a start ^

The scary thing is Wig is so monumentally stupid, he's not even trolling here, he actually thinks this is sound advice - which is funny considering he's clearly never set foot in a boxing ring before, and my niece can probably beat him up.
