I heard rumours that he won by decision but I didn't see any confirmation. Was he even that good an amateur? I remember he got knocked out of Athens quite early on. He's progressing at an amazing rate.

Griffin is shot, and what is of most concern is why in the world Griffin would travel to Uzbekistan (or wherever this was) for a fight?? He had just beat Cummings in American and seemed content to get win #50 and then retire. He must have been paid quite handsomely to fly across the world for this.
