being a gold medalist vs being a silver medalist?

    Crazy to think Andre's the last gold medalist we've had.

    Used to be that a gold medal and a rise like he had in the Super 6 created a superstar. I'm just glad the Kovalev fight looks like it's really going to happen, as that's the perfect chance for him to make up for a lot of lost time.

    Maybe silver medalist RJJ should ask that Korean gold medalist if there's any difference at this point.

    For about the past 15 years the Olympic Gold hasn't really mattered as the style to win a medal is so very different to fighting professionally.

    It was only really when Oscar won was I excited by a gold medal winner.

    Audley Harrison didn't excite me.

    I'm going to say being a gold medalist is better, and has more pressure attached to it, but I respect C***master's right to have a different opinion.

    So Floyd Mayweather, a bronze medalist, is not better than the silver and gold medalist? Gtfo here with that.
