It's only about the best fighting the best, 0 or 2 or 4 belts, it doesn't matter. If Usyk drops 1-2 belts to fight fury, whoever wins is basically as good as undisputed.

How the fek can anyone take being undisputed seriously if the belts you hold are giving out title shots to the likes of Dubois and Hrgovic who almost got KO'd by below-Chisora quality opponents?

Bowe should or dropped all the belts in the trash when he collected them, or better yet Tyson or Holyfield before him.

It's politics, lineal is probably the best marker of an actual title, but that also means nothing if he fights Chisoras and Charrs. See

Clearly the people looking to finance such a fight disagree

If a fighter doesn't hold the IBA, WBU and WBF belts then as far as I am concerned he is no real world champion.

But Usyk is after the legacy, which means belts and best opponents. not only one, but both at the same time.

Nobody would give credit to Usyk if he beats Dubois for any belt.

Tyson Fury's lineal championship means nothing dude. The guy has fought one impressive opponent in the last 7 years.

Lineal is a load of crap, 'the man who beat the man who beat the man' what a load of ****. It doesn't exist, it's not real. The chain was broken long ago with retirements etc.

Inoue is an amazing fighter and I am a huge fan of his but when you're beating Paul Butler for the undisputed title, well **** me!

I just agree I think holding all the titles still has very much appeal to the fans and makes the champion seem differently than if he were not unified

sure, the belt orgs themselves are very frustrating, and the titles, separated, are rather minimal as far as Impact to to hold, but if they hold them all, and there’s no question this is THE man that heavy weight ……and that carries a lot of weight to fans, still yet
