Bellew is always emotional though always screaming and shouting.Its out of character for Clev to be aggressive. If you watch the video again they ask for a head to head and it is Cleverly who immediately takes a big step and get into Bellews face. Cleverly pushed his head forward first.
Clev looked a bit rough , Clev started it, Tony ended it. Put your head on him and you know what's gonna happen. Clev is trying to antagonize and also try prove his machismo.
Some nasty guy is slamming Bellew on Twitter calling him a filthy scouser and hope he gets brain damage because of what happened at the press conference.
No disrespect to Tony but apart from the whole hatred between the two, Clev is on another level to Bellew.
Bellew should just let Clev spout all the **** he wants about him, agree when he says he's dead at the weight, a bum, glass jawed etc. Like Rob said, Tony is pretty easy to wind up, would be better just sitting there and agreeing like Hatton did with Floyd.
I agree. I think that Bellew has the desire and will to win - I just dont think he is good enough. Unless he has the potential to produce a performance a margin better than he has ever done before.
regardless of the needle between the two lads, yeah you would say clev is the more gifted fighter technically, but clev knows that tony has more power than him and he is scared of getting caught flush from the scouse bomber, cos if tony does land square on nathans mush then clev is in trouble and he knows it........ there is also the probability that both lads know the attention this fight is getting from all us british fans, so they are whipping it up a fair bit......... THATS BOXING!
Tonys power won't help him here IF Cleve sticks to a boxing plan , Bellew will be looking to land the tune up early and will wasting a lot of energy punching something that ain't there any longer , I can see this going the distance but Cleve by a country mile for mine . Good luck both fighters I hope they do themselves justice .
