Bellew beats anyone at Cruiserweight

No he didnt. Of course he took more lucrative option and that move made him more well known than cruiser tourney would have

 

Gassiev knocks out Bellew and Ward at the same time.

 

This. Bellew has enough power to knock anyone out at cruiserweight, but Usyk isn't a stationary target and has very fast hands. I would definitely favor Usyk over Bellew.

However, the rest of the division gets run over by Bellew.

Gassiev's lack of headmovent would get him killed, since Bellew actually has power unlike the featherfisted Dorticos.

Briedis looked awful against Mike Perez, who is a scrub compared to Bellew.

 

Usyk or Gassiev would easily beat Bellew.....................no contest! Bellew might fight Fury, but he will have zero chance in that fight as well and Fury is not 100% back yet........................Bellew is a joke, beating an over the hill Haye means nothing at all..................
