That was a decent fight, I think the injury was genuine as the scorecards were tight. Was unimpressed with McDonnell, he's almost too calm for his own good. He only knows one way of fighting jab jab jab move move move - stick the right hand in. Can't see his title reign lasting long, unless Hearn keeps feeding him no-name C fights. Saying that Chacon was better than I thought, he caught McDonnell cleanly and had some fire in his belly, just no punching power.
They will be pushing it all the way, would have been doing it either way. They probably pick up a lot of last minute buys in any PPV event.
Really impressed with Callum Smith how this guy he is in with is still there after that body shot few rounds back is stunning.
if he is the star he is made out to be he needs to be doing better tonight I feel. Looks laboured at times. This is pretty much his first opponent to have hit him back
