    Of course, sparring is where you try new things and build a style, work on faults and sharpen your skills. yes it can get rough but that's the nature of the beast.

    Why do a small minority of folks on here continue to slate, Tony Bellew? It irks me how some people are tactless and devoid of some decency. Whether this story is true or not, the fact that he comes on here and converses with members of this forum is pretty admirable. It gives his fans and those interested in boxing, a deeper insight into his preparation and views. The community should be welcoming him with open arms instead of berating him and making up wild accusations.

    If only other fighters did the same, it would make ESB a richer place.
