I’d say it’s plausible, he just couldn’t hit him enough because he had the body of a 70 year old.

Bellew will say anything to legitimize those two Haye "wins".

David price in a recent IFL interview suggested David Haye hit him the hardest, too. It's quite feasible.

Are some people really surprised that the first man to knock out a very durable Chisora hits hard? Haye hits harder than 175lb Stevenson. No ****.

The hardest I have been hit didn't make me do a funny dance or go down. It did make me think I had fractured my face for a 5-10 seconds and my head felt a little miss-shaped. It hurt a lot but I still had my legs.

I have however felt my legs go on a shot in sparing that was definitely not that hard, and a shot (not provoked, was trying to stop a fight) when I was pissed, that definitely wasn't as hard, but my legs dipped. Just caught me differently I guess.

The whole Bellew Haye thing is a bit of a stain on British boxing imo. Just reeks of WWE everybody get paid nonsense and Bellew has been unbearable since.

The same reason Froch was happy Groves beat Chudinov.

Spot on. I didn’t mind Bellew before it. I thought you could tell his bravado was just for promoting fights and he didn’t seem to be like that normally. As you say though, since that I’ve gone right off him. I hope he doesn’t finish the SAS thing because he’d be the same. I think he will though.

Obviously any version of Haye would hit harder than Stevenson , 4 inches taller and 40 pounds heavier or so.

Usyk though? I’m not so sure, in his prime definitely but the versions Bellew fought its hard to tell.

Do you have a source to support this claim?

No it's total nonsense. Doesn't matter who does it, you can't have assistance to get back up from anyone whether he's in your team or not. Referee under most organisations would immediately disqualify or at the very least take 2 or 3 points off.

McNeeley v Tyson was a DQ technically.

To suggest that Eddie Hearn is not part of Carl Froch's team is also incorrect. He was his promoter and friend, hence the jubilant reaction. To me, it makes no difference if the ring intruder is from your training team or management team.

Yeah poor Froch has no subtlety about him, he's like an open book.
