99% of what he said supported Usyk. Used terms lik e "brilliant " to describe him. He also remarked how Usyk schooled Wlad in training and was removed from the building! He also mentioned how Bellew was smart not to call out Wilder or Joshua cause he knows he'd lose.

Only thing he said that was controversial was that Bellew was technically better than Usyk .

Bellew is technically better than Usyk at certain aspects. Bellew in my opinion has better timing than Usyk and is isn't as rigid while Usyk has faster hands and better footwork than Bellew. That said this is Usyk's first real test as a pro since even though Gassiev has power he has mediocre timing and has no handspeed and Briedis is one dimensional. Also, unlike both Briedis and Gassiev Bellew is used to fighting southpaws.

 

He is a Sky sports pundit so is paid to give a neutral opinion and offer us insight.

Bellew’s timing against Cleverly (at Cruiserweight) was horrific. He also failed to land clean punches on a one legged Haye.

Yeah, Bellew used to get knocked out by southpaws, one dimensional one handed Stevenson destroyed him, imagine what Usyk gonna do

 

PI always hear the Brit commentators spin a little when one of their own is up against it. Instead of just telling it like it is (Even Bellew himself mentioned that Usyk is clearly the best boxer he faced in his career), they need to act like there's a clear path towards victory for their countryman. Telling people there's a weakness that can be exploited is always better as saying "Bellew will get his face punched in"
Otherwise less people will tune in/buy.
