So surprise at how many people think Bellew can out-box Stevenson. Stevenson can box too, he's not just a puncher. Stevenson by KO.

 

This fight is going to go the same way as Lockett v Pavlik and Cotto v Jennings, Bellew is european level at best. I use to think he was a legend until he left ****** and started moaning that he done nothing for him lol he got him a world title shot in his home city, you cant do much more then that.

 

Bellew is NOT the better boxer against Stevenson! Bellew jus isn't that good he'll come up very short in this fight. Stevenson ko!

I can see this fight being a stinker with Bellew trying to box an Ovil McKenzie style performance but in the end finding himself on his back a la Chad Dawson.

 

Stevenson is being hugely overated - you don't lose to Boone and not have weaknesses, I know he avenged it and credit to him for that which is never easy but he beat Dawson who was ruined against Ward so lets not go overboard.

He comes to fight which is the way Bellew likes it, arguably Bellews best performance was in defeat against Cleverly who comes forward all night as well.

There will be plenty of openings to exploit against Stevenson and for me its a great opportunity and one he can definately win despite many making out Stevenson is some sort of monster

The guy was a super-middle less than a year ago as well so I don't think he has anything to scare Bellew into not fighting his fight.

Hope the bookies see it the way most here see it and make Stevenson a good favourite because I feel there is real value in Bellew winning this by ko, when Stevenson is hurt, its very evident and I dont think he takes that much hurting to be honest

 

I don't think Stevenson is anything special so Bellew has a chance, has to get his tactics spot on though can't just come out swinging. It's the best he could have hoped for I am sure he would rather fight Stevenson than Dawson.

 

No chance, this will be alot more competitive, at least people are actually thinking Tony can prevail, no harm to Jennings or Lockett but you'd be struggling to find any who gave them a chance.

Clev is a superior fighter to Stevenson and I'm not even a Clev fan, the Stevenson hype is becoming ridiculous, that's not a dig at you personally there are many on here hyping Stevenson up as this p4p elite warrior.

 

mate im not hyping stevenson but do you really think from tony's peformances agints chilemba he has what it takes to go to america and take the title? I know chilemba is awkward but i realy dont believe tony can win this fight if he does ill be the first to hold my hands up and say i was wrong, as i will if fury beats haye.

I actually think Stevenson will win but he isn't near as good as people are making out and Tony is a live opponent in this fight, Clev would actually take Stevenson to school imo.

 

are you sure? Clev and Bellew for me was a draw and he hasnt looked amazing since then the krasniqi peformance was good but i dont think he looked great againts karpencey or shawn hawk just my opinion though.

 

Had Clev by a point iirc, true but styles make fights though and I'd favour Clev pretty strongly.
