Because he was straight back up. I meant devastating as in permanent damage to be fair. Maybe I worded it incorrectly.

Straight back up? He’d have beaten the count and been allowed to continue if it wasn’t that bad.

Yeah. It was conclusively over. Nobody doubts that. It weren’t Povetkin v Price.

My only issue with this is if you’re using the word ‘chav’ as a label for people who are from a working class background.

I dont have to exxplain. He's not my favorite fighter but he has hada great career particularly considering his skillset ABA Champion, British Champion, Commonweath Champion, European Champion, World Champion, fought at a football stadium, Headlined 3 PPV's 2 of which he won, earnt a fair few quid to ride off into the sunset. I am not saying hes one of the all time greats or anything but that is a great CV to have and he's had a pretty good career. Lets be honest he's probably achieved far more than anyone else on this board.

I Respect Bellew for taking the fight but thank god he got chinned, imagine if he won it would of been unbearable. The way he has gone on since the Haye Fights has been insufferable, imagine that x 10 if he won last night, so thank god he was chinned.

If Bellew was a bit more humble I could of got behind him but he's not he's a cringeworthy ****, sky are also to blame as they perpetuate the narrative to sell the pay per poo.

A couple of factual inaccuracies here as follows:

    1. He sails away with 4 bags of PPV loot.
    2. The outdoor urinal/football stadium was half closed for his fight.

Never has one, with such limited ability, earned so much, from so many Pay per View mugs

He did well - sure he’s chatted some nonsense and talked himself up but he’s there to make money to support his family at the end of the day.

British Champion, WBC Cruiserweight champion, multi-millionaire. Who would have thought that watching him get put down by Bob ajisafe...

Good fighter, been lucky with his opportunities but he’s made the most of them so fair play.

It was. Makuba's standout performance is still giving 45 year old Glencoffe Johnson his 19th defeat.
