So much for not saying anything, and concentrating on his own career.

Shut it Gavin, he was probably asked the question, being the GENT he is he answered.
Anyone read his interview with that Shaun Brown fella? Says he prefers City to United............... i'll tell you know, when we were tight back in the day he wouldnt have said that. Not to me in the gym anyway, i'd have shown him a good roundhouse kick or two

    Pipe down Larusso.

Cleverly opponents have been gash, I just wish Tony'd make his mind up about what he's doing.

(PS - I only posted in this thread cos you were online )

    That's a Peter Whittingham song.

    Tony should concentrate on Mcintosh.

He did beat Thierry Karl after all :rofl

  7. To be fair, he's hardly going to say 'I'd love to fight bus drivers on Boxnation', especially considering he's having to take harder fights and fight on Sky.

He's a right to feel bitter, he won the fight, didn't get the decision and then had to see Verne Troyer giving it the big bollocks routine afterwards. The least he should have got was a rematch, or at least a 'beat this guy and you'll get one' promise.

Instead Allegedly had just ****ed him off and made him play second fiddle, which isn't on really.

Clev will get banged out before Bomber earns his return, unless daddy is sacked immediately.

Move up to cruiser would be my advice, clean up domestically by the end of this year and take it from there.

Massive respect for Tony. I had the fight a draw. If there was to be a rematch, I'd happily lump money on Bellew.

To be fair clevs opponents have been awful. Why waste an opportunity of fighting at the albert hall on some **** fighter no one cares about, i blame clev as much as fwank. If he wanted tougher fights he should put his foot down instead of serving up **** that nobody wants to see. Fair play to tony they obviously though clev would beat him easy now they know thats not the case he wont get a rematch. Too right he feels mugged off and used, tony should take it as a compliment that he is too dangerous an opponent to rematch thats the only positive.

Clev needs to up his game and not get stagnent on knockover jobs because he is wasting good years, not that fwank will worry too much about that.

I agree with everything you say.

    I like Bellew.

But one minute he is on Twitter saying ''to everybody who is asking me about the fight made today, I aint commenting, I am concentrating on myself'' and the next he is ranting for an article on Matchrooms site.

He may be better off keeping his council for now.

  11. I agree, suppose he's just a rent-a-quote by nature.

Bellew opponent has already been beaten by Clev but clev opponents have also been gash and dont know why Bellew thinks he deserves rematch Clev went into liverpool and beat him fairly and he did not deserve a title shot anymore than the guys clev has fought

It's hard to dislike Bellew or disagree with anything he says. He seems a very honest, level headed person which is refreshing to see in a boxer. He also provides some very exciting fights.

I like him looking to take the European route. Gutknecht, or however you write it, would be a natural progression and should get him into a position for another title along the road, whether that be vs. Cleverly or someone else. If he won it, there's some decent challengers out there for him too- Campillo being one that I'd give him a realistic chance against.

Wish Tony all the best in his career.
