Bellew Rips Cleverly's Recent Opponents To Shreds

My Shatner's Bassoon has certainly been stimulated. As for Clev fighting this Romanian glass collector...it's a ****ing disgrace.

 

Think I had it a draw too. Or close to one.

Would love a rematch. I genuinely think Bellew could do it if they fought again.

knocking guys out cold on the ammeture scene means nothing when you cant replicate similar performances to domestic level opponents how many times did bellew land flush on cleverly? and not once did cleverly look the slightest bit disturbed, people on here slate cleverly and rightfully so, but why burn cleverly on the cross and give praise to the man who cleverly legitimately beat?

i suggest you take bellews **** out of your mouth and watch his fights, i'm pretty sure cleverly wouldn't have found himself on his ass by guys like ovil mckenzie and bob ajisafe, Cleverly actually stood in front of bellew for 12 rounds and beat him at his own game.

 

Firstly Im not a gaylord, no **** will ever go in my mouth, Secondly Bellew can box better than Cleverly and proved it in that fight, it was his stamina that let him down in the end, Cleverly has a high work rate and that's about it, he is a knockout waiting to happen.

 

Bellew is clearly a more skilled operator than Cleverly, I'm surprised that this is even being discussed.

He just needs to move up to around 190lbs to give his legs a bit more muscle and he'll be a better fighter for it.

All Clev could do was just up the tempo and hope for the best, for me it wasn't enough but that's not really the point. He was easily outjabbed and outmanoevred for most of the fight.

Not sure where he gets this rep from for having skills, he's as one-dimensional as they come. He just relies on his engine and plenty of balls to see him through. He can't out-box a traffic cone.

Look at the Murat fight. Entertaining as hell but there were a lot of warning signs that should have been corrected by now, and they haven't been. Without Dean Powell in the corner that night he'd have been laid out. Badly.

 

but who won the ****ing fight? it doesn't mean **** imo if he was outboxing him in portions of the fight, he ultimately lost a ligitimate decision and btw i dont rate cleverly he's a paper champion

 

Why is Bellew staying at LHW, are there just more opportunities for him there?

 

Bellew won the fight IMO, I had him up by a round if memory serve's me right, a lot of other people had him winning by 2 rounds, the offical scorecards mean **** all, when his holy Fwankness is concerned.

 

It's all about hype. Bellew's not pretending to be a world champion, Bellew's trainer isn't saying he'd beat Hopkins or is the best light heavy in the world.

Cleverly barely beat him. A draw would have been a fair outcome. Yet they act like he completely outclassed Bellew. It's a joke.

It's made out as if Cleverly's a level above Bellew. naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

I'd really want the rematch.

 

watch the last round of the fight even at the of the fight bellew knew he lost, he wasn't celebrating he wasn't throwing those fits he did when he beat that czech journeyman or ovil mckenzie, the outcome of the fight was decided in the last 2 rounds and cleverly won both of them the first 10 rounds were close, bunce,john rowling and the rest of the boxnation team had cleverly winning the fight. even bellew admits cleverly beat him when he was sobbing infront of national TV. The only ppl disputing this is his army of fan boys who are more obsessed about him because of all his glory talk rather then actually in-ring skills. Cleverly could fight bellew again and beat him more convincingly but you'll still have ppl on the brit forum making some kind of lame excuse for bellew.
