Many fighters win fights with broken hands but how many win with a snapped Achilles and one leg?

Bellew also said he did his knee pre-fight and it was in a brace as close as the night before.

Both went through the pain barrier.

    Respect to them

If Haye snapped his Achilles why did he leave hospital without an operation ? And was it a coincidence it snapped just after he went to the canvas 3 times and he was out in his feet ?

There are various degrees of ruptures, not all require surgery.

Many debilitating injuries do not require surgery. Some slipped discs leave you totally unable to stand upright and in absolute agony and the doctor can recommend stretching for rehabilitation rather than surgery.

Yes slipped discs as you can end up paralysed. For a snapped achillis you need an operation

No you do not need an operation all the time for a ruptured achilles, as has already been said.
