Unless Haye gets injured its his fight, even at this stage of his career. If his leg didn't go totally I think he could've won on auto pilot in the first, even fighting injured from the first bell Pot. I hope he does it.

If Haye wins they'll wangle a big fight between him and Joshua guaranteed, 1000%. If Bellew wins I think he retires

Think this is Hayes swangsong. The bodies gave up on him. He was told years ago he had to retire with the shoulder. Suddenly re-emerges when he' s having money troubles. Pretty sure even in his first two comeback fights...it looked like he had a problem with the leg. His footwork was horrible under mcguigan. Think it might have been down to injury.

Bellew should win this. Still waiting to see haye throw a straight right hand with any sort of power. I don't think he can do it. Everything is hooked or looped nowadays. Its the same problem eubank junior has...everyone criticizes him but you can't fight like a normal fighter without a straight right hand. You will always be predictable at the top level without one. You also can't really stand in range and box...the opponent will hit you with his own straight right before you transition to a hook etc. The reason haye,s attacks we,re from too far out against bellew. Same with eubank v groves.

I think haye knows it this time as well. Looked like he knew the first time as well...just tried to overcompensate to try to convince everyone including himself he was allright ...with his overstating how easy if was gonna be.

Hayes done. I think they all knew it hence why bellew made a play for a haye fight. That's why bellew keeps getting things absolutely spot on. His body will break down etc. I think bellew will stop him. Fun fight tho. You can never be sure...that's my take on it tho.

Unless he's totally shot or has another bad injury Dave is gonna knock him out.

A fit Haye who hopefully comes in a bit lighter who treats it like a boxing match as opposed to a street brawl will easily outbox Bellow and wins via a late stoppage (prob a towel thrown in)..

Couple things on the first fight:

Once Haye realised he wasn't going knock Bellows head off he started to box and was well ahead until the injury..

    The injury...

After the injury Bellow couldn't get Haye out of there and given Haye had a ruptured Achilles meaning very poor balance he should have been easy to knock down..

This time Haye is taking it far more seriously which should mean he is a far better opponent than last time...

If Haye wins it will either be AJ or it could be Bellew again in a trilogy.

I think Bellew will win. He's will probably be patient make sure Haye misses with his big right hand swings and fire a one-two and a the odd left hook and move off..

But Haye was outboxing him even with one leg and nothing more than a jab to the body so if Haye stays fully fit for 12 rounds does he win automatically? bigger man, more powerful even now.. Problem with Haye is you never know what shape his body is in these days,

I picked Bellew the first time because you don’t come back from that length of a lay-off, with a career ending shoulder injury, fight for a total of 6 minutes against two puddings to then be able to jump in against a fighter who is fight fit, battle hardened fighter in his prime.

    I’ll put it into context...

Since 2012 (6 years), he’s fought 14 rounds of boxing. Approx 40 minutes. Of them 40 minutes, 15 of them were on one leg.
He’s had 18 minutes of actual competitive action (on 2 legs) in terms of an opponent who was trying to punch him back. In them 18 minutes, he missed like a wild man, his timing was dreadful and he couldn’t throw a straight right hand. This was a fighter who relied on devastating speed, power and accuracy in his prime. Those tools are well and truly blunt.

I am amazed that the bookies have him favourite. There are cracking odds on Bellew stopping him in the championship rounds (if you bet on individual rounds). You’re looking at between 45/1 to 60/1. They are absolutely barmy.

Just to conclude....Haye retired because his shoulder would never be able to fulfil the demands of professional boxing. This hasn’t gone away. I’m amazed that many people are overlooking this.

    Should be a fun watch.
