not racist just stupid. He looks nothing like him and is a completely different race !! Salas aint Japanese !

Its really hard to like Bellew, he is very annoying very much a walking contradiction. I might think that Haye is done but I think I want to see him KO Bellew.

I watched the fight again last night, not for entertainment purposes, more for trying to remember exactly what happened as I'll probably have a flutter on Saturday. I think IF Haye's body holds up he could win, even with one leg, Bellew really struggled to get him out of there. I'm expecting a more cautious fight from Haye, picking shots using his jab to win rounds. I might put s few quid on Haye points depending on the odds.

Literally none of the punches from Bellew had an effect on Haye and he landed big, Big counters. Haye didn’t land anything of note other than jabs and straight rights so you can’t say that Bellew took his power.

Haye has one of the most underrated chins in boxing, Bellew can’t get him out of there unless under freak circumstances.

In fairness pal you do not need to be from the same country to look like some one. The way Sakes was sat their, dressed I seen the comparison. He was just having a laugh pal. Haye is a conman stealing a living, his body is broken.

Agreed. If anyone goes down I think it will be Bellew, part of me thinks Haye won't be hunting for the KO unless the opportunity appears, my gut says Haye on points, may put a few quid on Haye late stoppage also

“I won’t be able to throw my over-hand right which is my big shot”. Paraphrased a bit. I’ve put these on just to remind people of how awful that injury was. 5 hours surgery! It’s amazing that he’s even fighting at this level.

IMO Tony Bellew is the single most insufferable man in British Boxing. Im hoping Haye will win, but he should call it a day either way.

People are way too sensitive. The comparison to Miagi isn't based around a racial profile, Salas doesn't bear any stereotypical asian features. He's short and bald, universal characteristics. The jibe's based on character not race - him being a pocket-sized mentor from a famous film, albeit from Spain.

It's closer in context to calling Coldwell 'Penfold' than it is to a genuinely racist comment. I won't give an example because context seems too easily ignored these days.

Why is no-one calling Bellew out re: Tabares, he wasn’t part of the McGuigan camps?

Bellew looked pretty quick and sharp at the workout...Haye looked slower and more flatfooted to me...

I see a similar fight to before without the injury...

Exactly right. Not watched the videos yet...but looking at the haye v bellew first fight and eubank v groves fight. The former in both fights suffered from the same problems...started their attack from too far out. Both avoided boxing in range. When they got in range it was then about throwing bombs. Both going out there way to avoid boxing in range. The running theme is both suffer from injuries that stop the straight right. It limits their boxing too much. The Achilles probably was a problem from the start for haye...but their looked other problems there that dictated how he fought. Reckon salas is here to try to adjust with the problem...the problem is i m not sure anyone can fix it. Too debilitating at that level.

Could well be it was the Achilles from the start...or maybe just aged. Or maybe it was down to bellew.

If I was putting a bet on it...I think it was all of them but the straight rights a big one that won't be fixed. Theyll just try to adjust with it. The problem is its still too big a problem even if the Achilles is healed.

Haye talked about his game plan today at the media training.
He said he will try to win as many rounds as possible in the first half, then getting more aggressive in the later rounds.
I think it will be an UD win for Haye. He WAS clearly up until he couldn't barely walk last time, but he wasn't even near to KO Bellew. Bellew on the other side struggled to KO an injured Haye on one leg so i can't see Haye knocking out Haye this time if he is fit and healthy.

Went to the open workout today. Bellew looks much trimmer this time and openly admitted his no HW and no point trying to gain weight trying to be a HW as its not possible

In a way I hope Bellew does win, cos if Haye does talk will immediately turn to a decider for the trilogy. I couldn’t bear anymore of it.

I voted with my heart. If Bellew's plan works and he got/gets under Haye's skin Bellew might well take this one home. I have always detested Hayes for his personality. I hope he gets humiliated.
If he keeps his cool and boxes Bellew intelligently Bellew loses.
If Bellew wins I win over £140
