    What is your primary purpose?

If it is to trim fat to allow your abs to show then you should use a bodybuilding "cutting" diet.

You can do 10000000000 sit ups a day but if there is fat over your abs you will not see them.

Then you must work to preserve the muscle you have whilst cutting fat.

You are governed by your own genetic make-up, not mine, so it would be best to go to a bodybuilding site.

You must accept that it is not the same as training for boxing though. Not in the primary sense at any rate.

Ugh. you need to add some protein at breakfast. Your body has already been starving and getting into a catabolic - muscle burning - state while you sleep. Even a couple of glasses of milk would be better than nothing.

also include in ur diet trying to break down ur meals into 5 or 6 meals a day. I know you have work but it doesnt have to be anything big. have an orange or an apple to eat in between breakfast and lunch, and lunch and dinner this will speed up your metabolism better

Sit-ups have their place, but when it comes to getting a "6-pack" they are the most over rated part of the equation.

They should be trained like any other muscle group.

    That is it.

The main thing is to get rid of the fat.

You don't need to do any ab work at all to get a six pack.

    Then sit-ups are still useless.

As I have mentioned, it is not possible to "spot reduce".
