Seems like Beltran has his third attempt at a world title after being robbed by Burns and putting up a decent effort against Crawford

Surely he beats Takahiro Ao and wins the WBO world title

I hope Beltran wins a world title, that Burns fight still bothers me.

The LW division is a ****ing mess. No one is unifying and everyone is just picking up belts.
Last unification fight at 135 was in 2010 between Marquez and Diaz for the vacant WBA and WBO belts.
The damn WBC belt has not seen an unification since 2005, when Corrales and Castillo put on one of the greatest fights of all time.
And before that it was 1989 When Whitaker defended his IBF belt against Jose Luis Ramirez and picked up the vacant WBC belt.

:lol::lol: I cant wait to see what damage Haymon does to these organizations.

it is a **** show i agree Badbot.

but lightweight isn't the only division in a mess. regardless i think Beltran could stop Ao and make a big statement, hopefully fight bey or juan diaz after

Lightweight has been trash ever since Marquez left.

When Miguel Vazquez (who is a good fighter, no doubt) and his gauntlet of Ammeth Diaz's was pretty much the only bright spot in the division for half a decade, something is wrong.
