Ben Mallia (current XFC champion) maybe this is old.. He use to be an awesome fighter for his weight.. would love to know what happened I have a feeling he hurt him self.. anyone know ?
Im still around and yes I did get injured after fighting brandon. I slipped a disc in my back but im all good again. I recently got my brown belt (was blue when competeing MMA) in bjj from SPMA in sydney and im contemplating having another crack at MMA at 155 (to lazy to diet currently). I really focused on bjj and started a bit of judo as well. Current goal is to win the worlds or something like that in bjj, then who knows. Nice to see I wasnt completely forgotten :yikes
