They pulled out cause it was a 50 50 fight and they knew they couldn't win the purse bid and b the home fighter.

Wonder if Hearn will keep dropping hints about signing Whittaker now he has been exposed.

 

I know a bit about Whittaker being from the same area apparently he was a nice kid but his heads expanded since he came back from the Olympics by all accounts.
He's not as well liked as other boxers who've had decent careers from the area.

 

I wonder if the interest in Ben Whitaker is limited after the poor effort saturday night ?

Turns out a sprained ankle, still an injury I suppose but pretty pathetic when you consider haye fighting on a ruptured Achilles in the arse end of his career

 

What I don't understand is how the cards were scored for six rounds when only five were completed. Or am I just not seeing something obvious?
