Benavidez is still young. He thinks he's experienced, but he's big. He's very good, but....

Assuming Canelo doesn get on EPO, he's at his ceiling as far as cardio goes. He's not going to become JCC Sr with a grinding body attack, which is what he would need to do to beat Bivol.

I just previously explained it to you. Caleb Plant & Callum Smith are taller than Bivol & both of them have a longer reach than him and Saul was able to handle their physical advantages & close the distance

Bivol did not beat Alvarez on physicality nor did his power bother Saul, Bivol beat him by outboxing him.

Alvarez will rematch him because he said he would...no reason not to take him at his word.

By not taking the Bivol rematch, Canelo let the world know that he don't think that he can win and by him jumping on that GGG fight lets the world know that he don't want that Benavidez smoke. I don't think he wants Charlo either but Charlo is the lesser of two evils. GGG was a get out of jail free card but after that the choices for Canelo get extremely complicated.

Bivol has way better movement and keeps his range much better than Smith and Plant. Levels above. A canelo wi, not impossible but highly improbable. If, the rematch happens, Bivol dominates again.

If Saul can make the needed adjustment, can he win?...possible. The fight wasn't 12-0, Alvarez legitimately won 2 rounds so it's not impossible but yes I would have Bivol as the favorite.

But i wouldn't make him some massive favorite, Saul is an elite fighter.

There`s a logic to that and Benevidez is better than Taylor but Taylor had a reach as long as Hearns, Benavidez also has a long reach like Hagler but a 78 inch reach at 160 is insane.

I believe Taylor beat Hopkins because of his reach, howwever Benavidez has a longer reach than Bivol and is the same height, so you have a point and Saul is not as skilled as B-hop and his short arms were a huge problem v Bivol.

Canelo has to put everything into every shot because he`s so small and that`s why he gassed, he`s not a boxer, his whole style and the way he`s trained is to knock his opponent out with one shot, his trainers don`t teach their fighters to jab. Margarito cheated in his first fight v Cotto and didn`t have the speed to exploit his reach the way Bivol did v Canelo. Jones struggled v Tarver in their first bout and simply made a defensive mistake trying to block and move back at the same time, plus Canelo doesn`t have the power to stop Bivol with one shot. Bivol is far quicker than the overweight Ruiz was v AJ and Canelo will have to throw far more punches than AJ did in that rematch. Bivol is a lot better than Castano. Floyd didn`t land that much in his rematch v Castillo. Ward hit Kovalev low.

Benavidez thinks he's inexperienced, but he's small.
