What? Froch beat Kessler, Pascal, Bute, Dirrell, Taylor, Abraham, Groves. Plant isn't above that level.

This overrating of a Plant needs to stop. His best win is getting knocked out by Canelo. Before Canelo he was on nobody’s radar. All of a sudden, he’s one of the best super middles of all time. Cut it out.

    X2

We live at a time when there is instant communication in most of the world. Quick gratification combined with severe attention deficiencies is what I blame for these extremely immature and untimely fighter critiques. It seems every time anyone scores a good win these days, they are automatically the new Sugar Ray Robinson.

When you say someone is better...you really need to try and give a reason as to why. Plant being better than all Froch's opp is just crazy.

Benavidez's size, speed, angles and power will cause him some problems but you have to favour the far more accomplished Froch as of now.

Froch could punch too which seems to get overlooked by many these days who just cite his toughness and grit. The only fighters to last the distance against him since he won his first world title are Pascal who was iron-jawed. Kessler who was iron-jawed. Abraham who was iron-jawed. Johnson who was iron-jawed. And Dirrell was extremely slippery, elusive and negative and the other Dre (Ward) spent as much time holding, ducking below waist level, and smothering than as he did fighting.

I'm not even a Froch fan, but that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard on here, and that's saying A LOT.

Pascal, Taylor, Abraham, Bute, Kessler, and Groves were all better fighters than Plant.

Forgot about Andre Dirrell. He was better than Plant too. Though to fair, I don't think Froch won that fight, but I digress.

LMAO he got destroyed by a midget & his best wins are fkin Truax , Direll & Uzcategui.. Truax couldn't even beat out patient Jermain Taylor a decade ago.. consider that Taylor was part of the previous generation and banged out by Pavlik, Froch and Abraham YEARS before that fight .. Dirrell? Was nearly 40 & doesn't have ONE significant win.. Plant has done NOTHING... hes a tribute act & a gimmick who's already nearly ruined fighting bums.. Plant would get wrecked over & over going through Carl's opposition..

Benavidez was pro at a younger age than Froch had even started boxing.

That's a lie because I read Carl Froch's book he started competing as an amateur as a child (about 11 or 12) and won a Bronze medal at the world championships as a senior before going pro. A quick search on the Internet (true or not I don't know) says Benavidez only had 15 amateurs.

If you look at Froch's record too, he didn't step up the quality until he fought Pascal in his 25th or 26th fight. Benavidez just beat a former world champion and is calling for a fight with Canelo.
