He said that Canelo offered Benavidez only five million. Benavidez accepted the offer and then was ghosted by Canelo.

He also said that Munguia ghosted him, and everyone else at 168 ghosted him.. blah blah blah... playing the victim card some?

Jose Benavidez got caught in a lie in that interview and was made to look like a fool twice.

The first time was when they asked him why they decided to move to 175 one week away from DB being able to enforce his mandatory status for Canelo's WBC.. JB goes on to answer that Canelo didn't want to fight DB, that being the reason why they moved to 175. Then he was asked if Canelo's people said no to fighting Benavidez, and JB just starts mumbling and stuttering crying about how no one wants to fight DB. Lol.

The second time he was made look foolish and like a liar was when he said they were negotiating with Canelo and had agreed to Canelo's 5 million dollar offer, and that suddenly Canelo's people ghosted him after accepting the offer, so they decided to jump on the Gvozdyk fight...

Here's why that doesn't make sense. The same people negotiating the Canelo fight are the same people who would be involved in negotiating the Gvozdyk fight, since both Canelo fight under Canelo promotions and both are manged by Eddy Reynoso. Lol

Bro, the Benavidez team is full of ****. Sampson Lewkowicz said they offered Canelo 55 million, that was a lie. Then Jose Benavidez says that Canelo offered Benavidez 5 million, that's likely a lie. Then Jose says that they were ghosted by team Canelo, that's a damn ****ing lie because team Canelo represents Gvozdyk.

    Lol

Oh. So you want to quote him when you think it's to your benefit, yet selectively discredit what he says when it doesn't fit your agenda.

    Lol.

Lets see what Gvozdyk has left. A healthy one gives Benavidez serious problems.

I proved with his quote that Canelo's team were in negotiations with Team Benavidez for a Canelo fight, so there was intent for a Benavidez fight.

I also proved that Team Benavidez are losing credibility real fast. One says that they offered Canelo 55 mil, then takes down his post when he was called out, then Benavidez says that in negotiations they agreed to fight Canelo for 5 million. Then he says Canelo's team ghosted him, yet somehow they worked a deal to fight Gvozdyk who fights under Eddy Reynoso and Canelo promotions.

    Very interesting I must say.

    Great obviously.

Benavidez is fighting Gvozdyk and Cenelo is getting paid for that fight.

And that's exactly why he isn't fighting Benavidez.

    Fin.

Yes. This version of Gvozdyk who will be 37 by fight night looks like he's trying to do an impersonation of the prime version of himself but his mechanism has gone and just doesn't have it anymore and even if he did he needs at least one more fight against a top 15 guy to try and find it. I hope I'm wrong but I see him getting stopped here or being retired in his corner

He needs to sit down on his shots from the start and try to hurt Benavidez because he can punch. That's his best bet

He moved up a weight class to fight a 4-1 underdog, which every single trainer, fighter, in may weather gym, and every writer for Rings Magazine, picked to lose vs Canelo. Such a risky move!

Or just shooting facts. Canelo would have made the Benavidez fight with a snap of his fingers, we all know that so stop trying to twist the narrative , its pathetic.
