I'm actually pumped for this one. Herrera is not an easy out and Jose wants to be put back on the map again and build his hype.

    Who you rollin with?

I did a thread on Benavidez, he's the real deal, but I think its a bit early to put him in the ring the El Maestro, Herrera UD or Jose by robbery.

Are GBP trying to launch Benavidez off Herrera's name?

It seems like it, but I think it'll backfire on them.

That's why I think they made it, TR believes in Benavidez and think he'll beat Mauricio, but I think GB believe in the upset by Herrera just as much.

    Benabidez is a huge 140.

Think he'll dictate this one at length

Benavidez, Herrera is a nearly man who lacks cutting edge to take home wins, or he will be shafted by the judges.
    Tough UD for Jose.

It could for sure. Danny Garcia is proof of that. I will be pretty angry if this fight has a fishy ending to it. If Jose loses, I personally don't think it is a huge setback but unfortunately boxing fans these days can't wait to scream "EXPOSED, HYPEJOB, GLASS CHIN" after 1 loss.

I've heard of Benavidez, I remember watching some of his training, IIRC how he was he should beat Herrera.
