The guy could've fought Arguello, Nelson, ****, even a Lightweight Whitaker.. although that would be a nasty beat down by Whitaker. I don't even think he beat a hall of famer, honestly. He beat a metrosexual drug addicted Camacho(RIP), a punch drunk Taylor who was whooping his ass until biased refereeing and Don King stole the fight from him.. and Jose Luis Ramirez, who is basically a washed up version of Chavez himself, fighting a lot of tire salesmen and bus drivers. These are Chavez's best wins. But hey, this is Mexico's best fighter of all time though.

 

You have no base of knowledge from which to build a conversation, and this post absolutely solidifies that fact. Go read a book, maybe four, then come back and try to talk boxing. Or go to boxrec, if you can read.

You shouldn't be so nationalistic. It takes away from your enjoyment of the sport in general, and the fact that all Puerto Rican fighters eventually get squashed like bugs by Mexicans doesn't mean that you have to hate the Mexican fighters.

Damn, just read the thread on Kosta vs prime Chavez and you said that Kosta would KO Duran. HOLY ****.. no comment after that. I'm a Spaniard, not a Puerto Rican. I just feel that it's dumb that Mexico, with a population of 112 million feels the need to talk **** on a small island with only 4 million Puerto Ricans. I guess after my fathers countrymen conquered and taught your country Spanish with only a few hundred men, you would feel threatened by a small island such as Puerto Rico. Duran is overrated. He's an ATG but he's not the GOAT lightweight.

Doesn't matter anyway, the point is that Duran's chin could be cracked by a right hand, and KT just happens to have one of the best p4p right hand shots of all time. Anyone with any mind at all knows that matters. KT isn't a lock against Duran, and vice versa.
