Sorry mate, but if you can't see that Benn left a large piece of himself in the ring after the McLellan fight then you've got something the matter with you.

Yeah the story of American RJJ fans who hate Collins for calling him out at every opportunity and making him look like a fool and the story of British Benn and Eubank fans who can't accept that an Irish boy beat their asses. :D:lol:

Collins would have beat Benn in his "prime".

Actually a few posters who aren't Irish didn't put him at the bottom, a couple of them were actually British.

Note that nearly all the people who put a big space between the other 3 and Collins or claimed he didn't deserve to be on the list were British. What story are we talking about here?

British rather than english, half the scots hate english fighters more than nay other nationality so what does that show.

I was looking at the Threadstarter, Clubber and Essexboy. None are Scotish, why did you bring Scottish into this?

A lot of other posters gave him credit, even if they had him in 4th. It's disregarding of his achievements thats pissing people off.

I agree, whilst I have Collins 4th on my list, he definitely had a very good career. There's probably some resentment from Eubank/Benn fans as they feel Collins caught them at the right time, I don't think it's to do with any anti Irish bias. I'm personally of the opinion that the version of Benn that Collins fought was finished as a fighter, however the version of Eubank, whilst not in his prime by any means, was still in a decent condition.

thats fair enough, it was the disregarding Collins as not being worthy to be mentioned in the same breathe as eubank/benn that was really pissing the irish people off.
