Steve Collins had a really pleasing style, the Celtic Warrior thing was great. It was strange at the time seeing Eubank lose for the first time.

Collins wasn't shot when he fought Benn. Seriously, WTF are you talking about?

And also, Benn beat Eubank in their second fight. It were robbery.

    Calzaghe ( Alright I am a biased Welshman )
    Benn
    Eubank
    Collins

I know Collins beat both Benn and Eubank I just think Benn and Eubank had battered each other before Collins got to them and Benn and Eubank were not the same after McClellan and Watson.

in terms of skill and talent, prime for prime, I'd say:

    Calzaghe
    Eubank
    Benn
    Collins.

In his prime, Eubank - no one expected him to lose. He was as close to unbeatable as anybody - a great champion, for many years.

In terms of the more memorable fights, heart, guts and pig-headedness, Benn probably trumps the lot of them. He genuinely ducked no man. And rare for his day, when the highest ranked UK and US fighters ignored each other on opposite sides of the pond, Nigel was the man who stepped up to the plate more than most and took anyone on, domestic or american.

No way Benn at the bottom, and Calzaghe must be top, its not all based on head to head Benn beat better guys than Eubank, Collins and Watson and arguably has the best resume of all five. Eubank just didnt face anybody besides Benn and Watson, he cant be second.

If the American users posted in this thread, Calzaghe would get a LOT less love.
