If Benn is a UKAD athlete and he’s participating in sport in Britain under a BBBoC license (of which UKAD are affiliated) surely they have at least a duty of care to investigate findings of a failed drugs test?

 

The drug Billy Joe failed for isn’t banned out of competition by UKAD so why would they investigate that? I know it’s another daft technicality but Billy Joe hadn’t broken their rules?

 

The guy whose nutritionist gives him a bollocking every time he takes a vitamin c tablet without getting it checked

 

What BJS popper for wasn't in the out of xompetition banned list of UKAD. only banned on the night of the fight. So he broke 0 UKAD rules

Hearn is really grating on me as well.

He keeps referring to the fact there was no hearing with the BBoC, yet has not provided an explanation as to why it was in his system.

This is all quite funny in a way, if it didn't have such sad and unfortunate implications for the sport we all love.
