It's going to be backdated 6 months, trace amounts, contamination blah blah. And Conor Benn will be fighting at Super Featherweight
Fury didn't **** up the reaction as bad as these guys. Benne's neck and neck with bellew as the UK's most dislikeable boxer. Stiff competition from Dullian Shyte, the aggressive roadman outside of the ring and timid, plodding pudding inside of it.
Interesting stuff here about Clomid staying in your body, and "releasing itself" at random times ..... The video is worth a watch too. This content is protected Apologies if this has been posted before.
Well, we don't know if that's been used as the defence, and we don't know any outcome for sure yet. But if so, it does open up a new can of worms doesn't it.
It seems that was there only dart so I assume it will be on those lines. Anyone thinking he is clean even if this comes back as innocent needs their heads wobbling
He still needs the "unintentional" aspect to get a short ban, so I'm guessing "contamination" would have been their defence, contamination of what I dunno ... VADA's test? The lab lady who tested it was taking Clomid? Something he ate/drank ... eggs or supplements? Toilet seat at a gym? The vaccine? 5G? Lizard people? I await the explanation details ..... but I think I'll not do that holding my breath thing ....
But also remember that Fury's bullsh1t excuse about wild boar meat was (quite rightly) not accepted, he was found guilty and banned for 2 years. It's just that it all happened while he was inactive anyway so it mostly slipped under the radar. So if Benn only gets a little back dated 6 month ban for two failed tests then it really is a joke.
the same people that say Benn should be banned for life are foaming at the mouth for Fury v Usuyk. How does one square that? I’m getting the feeling he will be cleared. We’ve never seen a boxer pop dirty before and fight it in such manner. Usually a fighter will come up with an excuse, they don’t use science and the like. The fact his released a statement now seems to suggest he knows the outcome before it’s released to the public.
It is indeed sad that Conor Benn appears to be getting off the hook. Professional boxing has little to do with sports. It is purely business.
Dunno, but there's a shortage of eggs in the supermarkets round here and I'm about 80 miles away from him.
