I hope Con Bent reads all these messages plus the messages on Twitter showing him categorically that no one believes him whatsoever and that we all know what he and Eddie have been trying to do, since it became public.

He 100% thinks he has a loose technicality, as you said if you're innocent you just show your hand. How can it prejudice a case etc? If he can prove 100% something he would.

I read that the document is mainly for the WBC who will review for their org. The BBBoC and UKAD are still doing there own investigation, so it's probably nothing more then to get him reinstated in the WBC rankings.

As already stated there just going to swerve the BBBoC license and probably claim he's served a back dated ban, it will be for the WBC not anything else but you can guarantee it'll get spinned by Hearn that he's served his ban / cleared.

They haven't filed a thing to the Board, and as he doesn't have a licence they physically cannot do anything.

This will purely be a cash in a suitcase transaction with the WBC and a random third world boxing board.

Absolutely.
If you are genuinely innocent and have a valid excuse why would it prejudice the case?

Out of all the organisations we keep hearing about, WBC, BBofBC, UKAD, the one I actually want to hear about is VADA. Has he submitted this 270 page document to them, or appealed to them about their findings? If contamination is your main concern, you'd be aiming your efforts at VADA, or is that a dead end now?

They have 0 remit, so I think WBC discuss with VADA over the findings

Has Tony Bellew came out and said Conor’s name yet? Either in an interview or on Twatter?

Last I saw he was complaining about potholes ruining 2 tyres and of course, his kids were in the car just to add to the drama and how 'they could've died'

It seems a lot, and I mean a lot of diehard Everton fans are turning on him now for his refusal to come out against the current regime including his mate Bill Kenwright, as he gets a lot of perks from that friendship. Sound familiar?

VADA provide a testing service rather than impose any penalties themselves. One of the problems with the current setup is their customer is the promoter paying the bills, rather than the body responsible for administering the fight. That said, all they really have to do is provide the details of the test results to all parties and after that it's up to others to determine what the consequences are.

Yeah, totally get that VADA aren't a governing body. I just meant that Hearn kept questioning the legitimacy of the test when all this broke. "Contamination" being one of the words they kept using. I'd like to hear what VADA have to say about that, because it's an accusation that puts doubt on their conduct and practices. My guess is Benn's team know full well he had illegal substances in his blood and also knew full well VADA haven't messed anything up, which is why we haven't heard anything about the b-sample and why the "team of scientists" wont be able to prove a thing. Instead they have shifted focus on trying to get the governing bodies to sanction him even though he's been popped. I bet the WBC will say they've heard Benn's statement and are happy for him to be put back in the rankings and there will be no transparency to the public about their reason for this.

The claims of "contamination" have not been clarified as to "contamination" of what have they ?
Contamination of .....
The samples ? If a b-sample has been tested this obvs hasn't cleared him
The tests ? Same as above.
...................Or "the levels can't be right ... says our renta-expert" Whyte approach ?
....................They have two samples for BS angles here.
A supplement ? Up to benn to show this, still a 2yr ban with UKAD anyway.
A foodstuff (eggs/chicken) ? "Clenelo" approach yes ? Hair sample ?

EH is good at this, makes a unclear statement and let's pundits/public make assumptions up and spread multiple forms of those there.

I think despite Conor doing a GQ profile talking about his diet, where eggs didn't clock a single mention.

The claim is he eats 35 eggs a day and there is a tiny tiny chance you could get clomid in your system if the hens have had clomid. A practise that is illegal in this nation.

So he must buy eggs from Macedonia and that's why he will in future box under their licence

Eggie Hearn has provided an update

https://twitter.com/MichaelBensonn/with_replies

Eddie Hearn on Conor Benn: "If we don't get a decision soon [from WBC's investigation], we're gonna make a move. Make no mistake - Conor can fight now. But we want a ruling. He's allowed to fight now, but he doesn't want to fight until his truth comes out.
