Is he threatening to take the Board to court here? Opposed to supply the information they've wanted for 5 months?

 

I have a feeling the board are not whiter than white here an Robert Smith and the board all knew of the failed Tests and had agreed the fight will go ahead so everyone gets paid.
Then the leak happened and put the board in a position where they needed to act and in turn everyone dropped the bag.
Then Benn got the tit on with the board over it even though he knew they had no choice.
Its a very messy situation and i think the board are now in a situation where they will have to do a deal with Benn or risk been seen by the public as not being fit for purpose with the stuff that Benn will say about all the corrupt goings on should they ban him.

 

Yeah, it's impossible to know. The only certainty is he is/was geared off his nut.

My gut feel is the board have probably been trying to do the right thing but are constantly being threatened. You're right on the leak being 100% the tipping point.

No doubt Matchroom and Benn thought this would be long done by now or at least they'll have been able to muddy the waters sufficiently.
