I was sat with 2 current pros and 2 ex pros last night, 1 whose sparred with benn. 1 of the current pros just laughed and said he couldn't speak about it (which seeingbas he's signed to matchroom makes me wonder if they've been told that), the others all think he's a drugs cheat.

It's blatant that Eddie (who is distancing himself too much) has either had a quiet word with the wbc or threatened to pull his fighters from their rankings. He is just getting his investment back.

Spencer to be fair here is prodding him more than most would.

 

Old Conor is getting ridiculed on social media, being completely torn to shreds. So at least he isn't winning the PR war even if has been able to fudge this, he is a laughing stock which is good to see.

I bet when Benn was little he was the horrible spoiled brat at infant school who would try and break the toys at playtime because he'd rather that than have to share them with the other kids.

Chisora is going to reach legendary status once he steps back from in-ring. Zero filter when interviewed, actually quite funny, and a bit of the bonkers about him, wandering around the Saudi shows in local clothing getting everywhere. If I was a promoter with a TV contract I'd nail him down to whatever he wanted and get him on some sort of hybrid contract and roll him out for some of the madder shows. BT or Dazn would be a great fit.
