Why does Hearn brag about spending all this money on Vada if they're not even relevant to anything and he just totally ignores their results when they don't go his way?
Anyone with anything about them, especially someone whose a veteran boxer like Eubank knows exactly what's going on here. Conor has been juicing and got tested at the wrong time before his ancillary drugs had been fully flushed. Eubank thinks he's going to absolutely walk through Benn and then collect his £5million quid. That's why he's saying he's not bothered, he doesn't want to lose what he sees as such easy money.
It’s like taking your driving test, failing but then buying a car and start driving anyway. If anyone asks why ‘well I only failed once and I’ve not had time for a second test yet’.
Who knows - Hearn is trying to get a court injunction to allow it to be on and they could do it under another board/federation.
They are all the same. Frank Warren did similar with BJS. Hearn is taking it an extra step justifying this and keeping it under covers like he tried with Whyte against Rivas.
Hopefully a few sponsors walk away today and common sense prevails. Would be nice to see the board go one step further and revoke Hearns licence for 6 months… looking at the dazn schedule, you’d barely notice anyway
I was going to say, lets hope an opponent of a UK Matchroom fighter fails a drug test soon so we can see Hearn's reaction but has he even got any fights scheduled.
I'm thinking if it was going to be called off it would have been called off by now. Press conference is going ahead as usual today too. Shamelessly, I am still planning on watching it, even more so now as its shocking that at present its still going ahead. I wonder what percentage of those who will view this actually think its a misunderstanding and Connor is innocent ?
