I wonder if Conor Benn, as a brand new and young professional boxer, has been told by Eddie Hearn / Matchroom how he should behave and which brand Matchroom wanted to build around him ? I have heard from several boxers how (before press conferences) Eddie Hearn tells the boxers what to say and encourages them to argue.

 

Hearn has sold many a Box Office event based on pre scripted and rehearsed acting.

The Haye v Bellew rehearsed script started when Haye attended a Bellew fight, the post fight acting by Bellew threatening to leave the ring and confront Haye was well acted until Bellew forgot what to call Haye's hairstyle.
