Benn fails drug test

Benn and Hearn have done everything they possibly could to try and bully the board and ignore what they should have been doing after testing positive - twice - and let's not forget he tested positive twice.

Hopefully it all blows up in their faces at the upcoming hearing.

 

I notice Warren softening his chat about Benn and said he was out with Nigel, Conor and Hearn the other night. Frank is still saying Conor has things to sort with the board but like any other promoter, he’d take the pound note putting on a fight for him later.

 

I predict whatever the length of ban, whatever the mitigation eggs or wild boar meat, it will be backdated to the date Benn failed the drugs test.

The eerie silence suggests the BBBofC hearing is either already in progress or about to begin.

 

Eddie did say.. fails a drug test and goes through with the fight, luckily that wasn't the case with CB.

 

It's done and dusted and has been for a while, allegedly.

 

There have been multiple claims that there is to be a hearing in October (this month).

 

Hearn and Sauerland did everything they could to get that fight to go ahead. It was only that the Benn positive test became so public that eventually forced them to abandon the fight. Their only regret would be that word got out.

 

I think the fact CEJ and his team still wanted the fight to go on is probably the difference here.
