i can see Henn turning up in pantomime this festive season as a pantomime villain.

But a really crap one that people not so much hate but just find pathetic and disgusting. And can't be bothered booing cos he's not worth the energy.

 

Exactly the same as Hearn - both silver spoon and Hearn would be banging Aggie the Mink instead of Pie Nico if his name was Eddie Smith.

Matchroom are lacking in major UK stars right now. If this was 10 years ago, Hearn would have probably cut his loses and let him go elsewhere.

 

Yes, it feels like there was so much invested in him and no ready plan B so they decided to go all in on him. I wonder if they overestimated their capacity to drive the news cycle? Although now the national writers have moved onto other things the ever supine boxing press is, predictably, falling into toeing the matchroom line.

True, just that out of them all Barrios is the only one I see that could actually be made.

 

I know he's an evil, sadistic, super villain who seeks to impose a reign of terror across the entire universe with an actual skull for a face, but I'd still be cheering on Skeletor if he gets in the ring with Conor Benn
