Oh bollocks ! My apologies I did read it twice though. Yes, it's not an easy form of wit to ensure it comes across that way, and signalling it with a load of smileys does defeat the point. Peace !!
Cocaine isn’t a performance enhancing drug either. In fact it’s the total opposite but taking it sees fighters get banned. Do anything being taken that is on the banned list and isn’t a recreational drug can only be for performance.
BJS is a prize prat, but the difference in the 2 cases is that his was an over the counter product, whereas clomid has no possible reason to be used by a man except as a ped. It's more famous as a steroid cycle ancillary than as a fertility drug. The same is the case for Whyte with the dbol fail. Both cases were either getting caught before it cleared the system, or their doctor's designer gear being faked or contaminated.
UKAD and the BBBoC have no money. It’s very open to abuse with the right backing and lawyers and there’s virtually nothing anyone can do about it.

Isn't this what Fury did re his ban. Paid fine and they backdated the ban to avoid massive legal case against them from Fury?
That's a really good point. Eddie Hearn is multi-rich, so he can buy lawyers who can ensure that Conor Benn is acquitted.
There was an incredibly weird vibe during this interview, can't quite work out what it means. Just felt really odd "A lot of people are going to be implicated on this" They sound truly depressed.
Eddie said today in his Boxing Social interview that there's a lot of stuff that doesn't add up. So that means they're going to try and muddy the waters by claiming the following. He passed all the UKAD tests. The low amounts of the drug found in his system. Trace amounts. This has been repeated since day 1. The negligible effect it would have on Benn. Of course we all know he's guilty as sin. I'm not having this innocent until proven guilty rubbish either, but that's the angle they will use.
Another thing that does my nut in when stuff like this happens is when the excuse of "oh, it only trace amounts were found." If you take any amount of any drug for any period of time (or even once), eventually there will be trace amounts in your system - be that in two days or two months (depending on dosage, duration, elimination half-life of the drug etc). I could take dianabol, for example, for six weeks and reap the rewards of that. I could then be tested a few weeks later and have trace amounts in my system. According to the standard excuse in this situation (used by Hearn for Whyte and Benn), I've done nothing wrong and it's insignificant. Er no, it effin' well isn't significant. Trace amounts means absolutely eff all. There's no telling anything whatsoever from "trace amounts" either way, so I wish they'd stop using it.
Good on Gareth for digging out Kugan on the non-interview with Hearn. Kugan's refusal to comment on it shows he's still Matchroom-compliant.
