I have this horrible, horrible feeling that they're all going to get away with it. I don't think the situation has been helped by then Eubanks despite how well Jnr played it initially.
I don't think so mate. If you scroll through twitter which I know is a cesspit but it's sometime a good guage as to what people are thinking. 95% know he is guilty and aren't buying whatever BS they are coming out with. You'd struggle to find the 5% who back him, if it is even that.
Looking forward to another sycophantic, cringeworthy interview on IFL. Where Koogs let’s Hearn explain to us why an innocent man relinquishes his licence and how this is all one great big misunderstanding… The sad thing is that we all know Hearn will have the most expensive lawyers money can buy against the BBboC who doesn’t have a pot to **** in. Legally they can win this despite being completely in the wrong just due to economic advantage they have.
Eddie said that will come back the same. But there has been contaminations. The B Sample being done for exactly this reason
No interviewer dare pull him up as they all want access or to keep their jobs with him. The ones he knows will ask him the difficult questions he is avoiding like the plauge. It is going to be interesting the spin they put on with Koogz about how an innocent man voluntarily gives up his bboc licence though, surely that is an admission of guilt.
Did he really put out a statement on his own Twitter account referring to himself entirely in the third person?
He pissed in a tube and someone dropped bloody clomifene in it during the 0.5 seconds it took to pass the tube back to the drug tester.
I’m not saying he is. But end of the day he has a hearing that he deserves and once that’s concluded things can be decided. I’m sure some like yourself would have made their mind up regardless of the hearing or not. Say, however unlikely that the sample was contaminated and this can be scientifically proven. My guess is you will still say the same thing
But he has to have due process and if, however big that if is he manages to prove he was compliant. The fact they have leaked the story to the press and cost him millions in reputational damage and leaked his personal medical information. There is also form with both BJS and Whyte that had hearings within weeks to continue their career. The board had over 4 weeks to have a hearing and chose not to. if he manages to prove innocence the lawsuit will be massive to them
Give it up mate, they were found in his system. You’re not talking a test that costs a quid, it’s a test that costs tens of thousands and determines whether someone can take part in high level physical contact.
My assumption has always been that they’re going the contaminated supplement route, and Hearn’s comments yesterday seem to support that.
I completely agree. But you can’t not let the guy have a hearing. that’s like saying someone was murdered. That guy had the gun in his hand therefore he’s the murderer. You have to let him give his explanation how it got there
He's clearly not going to admit it so him and Hearn are going to get very expensive lawyers to concoct a story. Drugs found in his urine - case closed. Ban him for life. We're not talking about an object that can be passed from person to person, it's a banned steroid that's made it's way into his urine.
