US v UK again. 2) Would Froch beat Benn? 3) Would Ward beat Mcclennan? 4) How good were Benn and Mcclennan in comparison to Froch, Ward, Kessler and Bute???? I have only been following boxing in depth for 6/7 years.

Not really much to pick between them, although Bute still needs to prove himself.
Benn would beat froch and McClellan would destroy ward no doubt on either outcome for me. Froch v ward is a good fight but not a super fight like benn's. Froch is a top bloke and a good fighter but he wouldn't of lived with these guys, he doesnt have the power, speed or defence to win against the elite fighters of the past
think the fact ward fights so bloody dull makes it nowhere near the occasion that benn-g-man was. :yep
ward's a good fighter. doesn't have the x factor that g-man had though. don't think froch has what benn had either. despite the fact he's in no way a boring fighter. :hey
Yeah but that doesn't take away the fact that it's The Super Six final and a WBC/WBA unification fight. Personal opinions of the fighters doesn't dictate how big a fight it is.
it's a big fight. not quite super fight level. purely cos ward just lacks that certain something. the boring mauler.
