Confirmed. You asked for it, Hearn delivered. Game changed.

    On a serious note, thoughts..?

One of the biggest showdowns ever in the U.K.. Eddie Hearn really raises the bar again and again. Completely incredible fight that will keep everyone awake. On a serious note, Conor Benn wins easily within 5-6 rounds, but there will be no viewers or interest in this fight because all boxing fans are going to watch Eubank Jr. vs. Williams on Sky.

Game changed he must be killing it in the gym...... Fighting a 37yo career LWW with a 30% KO ratio.
Great stuff from Dazn, Eddie and Benn.

“Algieri?! He couldn’t punch the skin off a rice pudding!” - Eddie Hearn

Next up, Eddie will dig up Paulie Malignaggi, followed by Devon Alexander.

This has a fair chance of actually happening. Anything to keep Benn from getting wrecked by Avanesyan.

I was watching the US feed for the undercard of the Fury v Wilder fight when I heard them going to Chris Algieri for some analysis.

The thoughts that entered my head were "that's a bit of a blast from the past" "pillow fister" and "he talks well about the boxing so it's good to see a retired boxer with his faculties intact".

Came in to post this. Yet another comment from Hearn coming back to make him look stupid.

Beating up an old semi retired Algieri will be a good learning experience for him. It's a **** fight that will doesn't do much to improve DAZN's winter schedule.

Which is precisely why Hearn selected him for Benn. :sisi1

Hearn is fast turning Benn is a joke, the moment he fights any fighter with ambition and a dig it won't be "game changed" it will be "game over".

Hearn knows it, that's why we will get Victor Ortiz after this, then Robert Guerrero after that and so on and so on.. give Hearn time and Andre Berto will be dragged out of retiremnt.

Hearn will milk it for all this worth, they will probably wait until Avanesyan either fights for a world title or even loses his European title and then go for that European title.. trust me, that's the plan.

Hearn has zero intention of putting Benn in with anybody live.
