Bennet vs James Armah Friday 18th may. AS IF

    Friday 18th of may in Newcastle Chad Bennet is set to box former common wealth champ James Armah (17-7-0) It would be great fight but stand by for James Armah to be replaced by a thai cabbie at late notice as has been the common trend with Bennets fights. Newcastles verson of the Man but at least the MAN fought Rob Meddley. Bottom line is Armah would be way way to hard for bennet not that bennet couldnt win it its just he wouldnt put him self in that deep. So sad realy.

    He could always pay the opponent 5000 to lose 2000 to win and see what happened

    My brother sparred amman alot during his pro career up till Amman had 17 fights and used to literally beat the **** out of him and he was only a super middle weight knocking him down many times, this happened on a regular basis as Peter hallet wouldn't fork out money for sparring partners which has led to ammans mediocre level .. tui levini is/was a good prospect but he has lost intrest with sport..... And don't get me started on Chad Bennett, I know for a fact he paid jonny cotterill to throw the fight , and I have seen Bennett being out gunned by 16 yr old amateur......he is a p.o.s , showponey

    I agree either crampon , Ben or Jamie at any weight would skool Amman or Chad Bennett

    In most common cases when they brought Thai fighters to fight Bennett they came without a trainer ...so they would get more money , a trainer was provided for them even if they couldn't speak Thai ...go figure

    Posted some footage of Bennet vs Johnny Cotterill Jnr a little while back. Found it in some obscure place on the net. It wasn't in youtube.

    Was it ever a terrible fight :patsch

    Many fans thought it was got up. The intensity was about 50% at best.

    If Amanan can spar Sakio Bika and go the distance with some big puchers in the pro,s i dont think your brother would be bashing him who is your Brother?
