The great Benny Leonard against the triple crown winner. Do you have a pick?

Benny Leonard was probably a bit more well rounded, but I wouldn't count Ross out. I don't really have a pick, but I'd love to see this. The battle of the jabs would be epic.

As great as Ross was, I don't think there was anything he could do that Leonard couldn't do. Leonard was a bit slicker and could punch with both hands.

Based on this, I'd have to give Leonard the edge.

I'd give the edge to Leonard, but having reviewed Barney's peak performance against Billy Petrolle, this would be no cinch. Ross would be throwing more punches, but I think Benny's defensive skills make the difference here. My believe is that Leonard lands more scoring blows.

I would favour Ross in this one.

Ross would be the bigger man in there and since both are very close in terms of ability I think that this maybe the deciding factor in this fight. Hard to judge though since I never saw anything of Leonard and only short flicks of Ross. That´s why I won´t pic a winner but throw in the weight issue.

Benny could do everything Barney could and do it better and Benny could punch too.. Although Ross is one of my favorites I would go with Leonard by UD.

I'll pick Leonard, very hard and close though.

Leonard by dec he was as good a boxer, probably better, and he had what Ross lacked, power.
