It's obvious that he is, but I wanted to give his detractors a fair chance to voice their opinions before he cleans out the heavyweight division.

Bergeron is probably the most athletic and most technically sound heavyweight I've ever seen. His combinations flow so smoothly, his punches make George Foreman's sound tiny in comparison, and his defense is reminiscent of Nicolino Locche.

Good luck to him, but Valuev should win this fight without too much trouble.

You believe that Bergeron will deliberately lose the fight? :yikes

Surely you are being sarcastic? :huh

I mean, just look at brooklyn's masterful stylistic breakdown of Bergeron. Athleticism, combinations, a muppet-like face...he has it all.

    Yes, I do....

Bergeron is also a very smart individual outside of the ring - right up there with Newton, Einstein, Confucious, and Aristotle. He has heard people say, "you don't know what a fighter is made out of until he suffers a loss." He's going to lose this fight on purpose and then continue to dominate the division, just to show people that he can take a loss and come back even stronger.

Bergeron is the best heavyweight ever.

    More like Muhammad Folly.

He is a cunning man, that Bergeron.

Yet another reason why he has dominated the division for so long.

If Bergeron throws the fight tomorrow, he will be guaranteed a cultlike following. If it worked for Golota....

What if he dominated the fight through the 11th round and then quit on his stool?

    Bergeron never quits.

    He just postpones destroying you.
