Bermane Stiverne--are you familiar with him?

Good amatuer background, too. Already has a win agaisnt Yah Yah Laawrence, and Austin should clinch him a place in the ratings.

I am fairly excited about Stiverne.

 

He's not ready for the rain man. Expect to see Austin knock him out. People always underestimate Austin but he has a good punch and is more than capable of handling step up guys.

Austin is a step above a gatekeeper.

 

I'm looking foward to seeing Stiverne. He seems to have some power and a lot of people seem to think there is some possibilities there. Austin is a solid heavyweight(but getting old now) and is a nice step up for Stiverne. People seem to completely write Austin off. I think this is because of his poor showing against Wlad and his lack of anything exciting but Austin isn't bad and has a few nice results on his record.

I hope Stiverne wins and can look good in doing so. The division needs new faces and needs to get Austin out of all these eliminators. This HBO tripleheader is looking like a nice card.
